>> What is a CSA? (20 Weeks of Harvest Perks with Dry Creek Growers + FarmDeliver)
The Dry Creek Growers CSA features 20 weeks of vegetables, herbs, and berries grown by Whistlepig Farm and Black Fox Farm, together known as Dry Creek Growers. Their produce is grown without the use of pesticides, herbicides, or synthetic fertilizers. You can view a detailed list of their growing practices on the Whistlepig Farm and Black Fox Farm seller pages.
CSA membership supports local farms with financial sustenance early in the year when costs are high and harvest is still months away. In exchange for your upfront commitment, members receive a weekly or biweekly share of produce during the harvest season from May-October.
Timeframe
We start distributing CSA shares in mid-late May and stop in early-mid October. The CSA takes an annual break during the first two weeks of July for fall planting.
Half & Full-Size Shares
- Full share members receive a box of produce every week for 20 weeks (May-October). 20 deliveries total.
- Half share members receive a box of produce every other week for 20 weeks (May-October). 10 deliveries total.
All members receive the same produce box (approx. $40 value). Each produce box contains 7-12 items. A typical share includes a leafy green, a root vegetable, an herb, an onion/garlic, and an assortment of seasonal vegetables.

Terms & Conditions
Please note that CSAs are non-refundable.
Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is a system of risk sharing that allows independent small farms to grow food for our community without taking on the full yearly up-front risk by themselves. Members of the community support these local farms by purchasing shares in future harvests. CSAs make farming viable for independent farmers, which is critical to the health of our local food economy.
We are confident that customers will receive their full share one way or another, but we cannot 100% guarantee that the harvest will not be thwarted by weather, animals, and other threats.
Due to the nature of Community Supported Agriculture (CSA), FarmDeliver and its partnering growers are not responsible for refunding any portion of any CSA purchase, except for the delivery fee for undelivered shares.
Please review our Terms and Conditions for more information.
