Want more lamb? Just order a whole one for your freezer! A standard lamb carcass will yield between 45-60 lbs of meat depending on how it's cut.
We have gone to a flat rate model for custom lambs with a variety of different standard cut options. These standard-cut lambs can be ready the same week you order. If you would like to order a more customized lamb, please call us!

Welcome to Boise River Lamb! We are Brett and Liz Wilder, 2nd generation sheep producers, and the 6th generation on the family ranch based in Caldwell, Idaho along the beautiful Boise River.
