Medium sliced bacon. Cured without nitrates. 1 pound package. 10-12 slices per package on average. Cook on medium heat until lightly browned. 

Ingredients: salt, sugar, brown sugar, liquid smoke

Tip: save the bacon grease to use in savory cooking and frying.
