This is a non-shelf-stable freezer bone broth that comes in a 32oz tub.
Inspired by the quiet ritual of life at the Russian dacha, this broth is a garden-driven reset.
Inspired by the quiet ritual of life at the Russian dacha, this broth is a garden-driven reset.
Slow-simmered grass-fed, organic marrow and knuckle bones create a deeply nourishing base, finished with a bright infusion drawn from the dacha garden. The result is earthy with just a spark of fire, vibrant, and quietly restorative—crafted as a simple, civilized way to reset the body and return to balance. Ancient purity, served warm.
ABOUT ON THE LAM
On the Lam is a family-run garden and mini ranch in Central Idaho specializing in bone broth and tallow products made from organic and grass-fed beef and bison.
OUR PROMISE
Every product we release is prepared to meet the standard of our own table first.
We do not rush process.
We do not scale beyond quality.
We do not compromise ingredients.
BROTH MAKING PROCESS
Every product from On the Lam – Mini Ranch & Gardens follows the same disciplined approach. These are practices, not trends.
• Soft simmered using marrow and knuckle bones, and collagen-rich tendons
• Cooked at controlled temperatures, never rushed
• Skimmed, strained, and finished by hand
• Produced in limited batches
• Adjusted by sight, taste, and texture
To preserve the integrity of our foods, our broths are shipped or delivered frozen. This decision protects the natural structure created through slow simmering and careful preparation.
Traditional canning requires extended heat processing. While shelf-stable products have their place, that process alters the delicate structure of slow-simmered broth. Freezing allows us to deliver the broth much closer to the way it leaves our kitchen.
For us, quality comes first. Always.
Real food. Prepared the old way. Delivered with care.
