Grand Teton Ancient Grains is a family farm and mill located at the base of the Grand Teton foothills in Eastern Idaho. The farm is run using organic and regenerative farming practices:
- Crop rotation, intercropping, microbes, and compost to build soil fertility, which creates nutrient-rich foods.
- No pesticides or herbicides of any kind on the crops (we also do not use glyphosate).
- Crops are protected throughout the harvest, storage, and cleaning to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
