Lamb Shoulder Steaks

Lamb Shoulder steaks are a succulent and tender cut. This is a meaty and flavorful cut, that can be cooked a multitude of ways: grill them, braise them, pan-fry them, smoke them, and more. Shoulder steaks come in two options: Arm Chops or Blade Steaks. 

Each package contains 2 shoulder steaks. Arm chop packages will have an average weight of 1.3 lbs while blade chop packages will have an average weight of 1.0 lbs.
