Chicken backs are great for making chicken soup, chicken stalk and bone broth.
 
Each package average 3.5-4.5lbs and has 3-5 backs (skin included)

These are happy birds doing what chickens should do- enjoying sunshine, eating bugs and pasture. They are moved daily and used in rotational grazing methods to help put nutrients back into the soil.
