Half Lamb Box

Want more lamb? Just order a whole one for your freezer! Once you pre-order, we will send you a form for cutting instructions. Pricing is based on dressed weight. A standard half lamb carcass will yield between 25-30 lbs of meat depending on how it's cut. Items that you would only get one of from a whole lamb are included with our half lamb box.

We have gone to a flat rate model for custom lambs with a variety of different standard cut options. These standard-cut lambs can be ready the week following your order. If you would like to order a more customized lamb you can either call first, or order a "Style E" Lamb here and we will contact you for cutting instructions.

Welcome to Boise River Lamb! We are Brett and Liz Wilder, 2nd generation sheep producers, and the 6th generation on the family ranch based in Caldwell, Idaho along the beautiful Boise River. 

We raise farm-fresh, high-quality lamb for every occasion. Our lamb is ethically and sustainably raised, prioritizing our animal's well-being while being considerate of the impact we are having on our land. Our products are carefully selected to ensure an overall positive eating experience.
