Terms & Conditions for Discounts & Sales

1. Standard Rules

Customer must input the appropriate discount code to qualify for a discount. FarmDeliver is not beholden to honor a discount offer in cases where the customer did not input the code.

Promotional codes (discounts) are valid only for qualifying purchases made via FarmDeliver and are subject to product availability. They are non-transferable, cannot be resold, and have no cash value.

2. Redemption & Limitations

One-Time Use: Unless otherwise stated, each code is limited to a single use per customer and account.

Stacking Restrictions: Codes cannot be combined with any other offers, sales, or other promotional discounts.

Applicable Items: The discount applies exclusively to eligible items and excludes taxes, shipping, handling, and the purchase of gift cards.

3. Modification & Cancellation

FarmDeliver reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the discount code at any time without prior notice. Codes used in violation of these terms will be voided.

4. Returns & Exchanges
If you return items purchased using a discount code, you will be refunded only the amount actually paid, and the promo code will not be reissued.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Idaho without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
