Rosemary is a hearty perennial herb that'll bring a liveliness and depth to winter roasts of root veggies or beef. If you only need a couple of sprigs, strip the bottom leaves first, and leave the rest in a cup of water in the fridge. Herbs are in abundance at the moment so we recommend buying extra and drying some for the cold winter months when your dishes (and you) want a little extra flavor!
