Gaston's is a handcrafted, local artisan bakery that specializes in loaves, pastries, and house-milled flour.
Gaston's is working toward the goal of baking all of its products using its house-milled flour:
- Regeneratively grown wheat sourced from Idaho farmers
- High-extraction milling process
- No preservatives and additives
- Gaston's crusty artisanal breads, scones, baguette, brioche rolls, English muffins, and multi-grain loaf are made with Gaston's house-milled flour
- Currently, enriched Gold Medal Harvest King flour is substituted for some recipes where needed due to its specific protein content
