Tarragon is a highly prized herb in French cuisine. Our favorite way to use it is in roasted tarragon chicken recipes where the Tarragon is chopped and mixed with softened butter then massaged into the chicken beneath the skin. It is also lovely paired with fish, eggs and in vinegars, dressings and sauces.
