Blue Hen Cookie Bark — Candied Ginger Fennel in Dark Chocolate

Our cookie bark is edible art—We use Guittard dark couverture chocolate as a base for our Candied Ginger Fennel oak leaf shortbread with a sprinkling of white chocolate chips, candied ginger cutouts and edible flower petals. So pretty your recipient won't want to eat it! (But one irresistible whiff and they will!) 

Cookie Bark comes as a 6" round that breaks off easily into three beautiful wedges. These are gorgeous on a holiday table; serve with a sweet dessert wine.

We use organic Idaho wheat flour in all our cookies.
